What would it be like if....

I tend to relate a lot of things in life to the music that I listen to. There is one song in particular that I have listened to a lot in the past month or so...it's even my ringtone on my phone. Give Me Your Eyes by Brandon Heath. The lyrics to the chorus are:

I can't speak for you but what would it really be like if I could see as God sees, hear as God hears? What would it be like if I loved as I am supposed to love? I have to be honest and say that I'm not sure that I'm ready for that responsibility. Maybe that's why we don't have these abilities. Are humans truly capable of loving and caring for others as God does? Maybe Mother Theresa.....but me? you?

something new

i'm trying something new. thought about blogging before but haven't followed through. i'm too tired to truly start tonight but i've at least signed up and am getting going. now my thoughts can be out in the open. will i be honest? hmmmmm...off to bed to think about what i will blog about tomorrow.
